    I have both a 360 and an xbox one overtime i try to download the games i get this error

    when i try to download it from the website or xbox one
    when i try to download it from xbox 360 i get 80150017 error
    I have tried everything can;t get the game to download .

    Being charged for what should be free.

    So the issue I am having is I watched E3 and saw Microsoft's press conference and one video was announcing tekken 7. at the end they announced tekken tag tournament 2 to be FREE to all xbox gold members all this week as of 6/13/2016

    here is the video from E3 at 3:40 of this video they announce tekken tag tournament 2 FREE to gold members.

    this is what happened when I went on my xbox

    1. turned on xbox and went to home page

    2. found the #xboxE3 page and clicked it

    3. on the #xboxE3 page I went to the page titled "betas, free games, and demos"

    4. I was then on that page where there was more pages "halo wars 2 open beta, Free Game: limbo, Free game: tekken tag tournament 2, play the demo, DOOM, and 20+ EA games free with gold" I went to the tekken page.

    5. I ended up on the tekken tag tournament 2 backwards compatible xbox one store page. But the buy now button just said "show price" so I clicked it.

    6. It is asking what my payment option is so I can be charged $19.99 plus tax

    so I'm trying to figure out WHY its charging me when it should be free? Yes. I am a gold member and it wont expire till early next year so that is not even slightly an issue, I have been talking on the phone with customer support since about 3pm and it is
    now almost 6pm and the issue has yet to be resolved!

    That error code usually means it's a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you will run into that issue.

    That error code usually means it's a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where the game is not available, you will run into that issue.

    Not a mistake, it's was part of a E3 announcement. Tekken Tag Tournament was also announced to be free this week as part of the Tekken 7 announcement.

    I looked it up, Limbo is up free on X1, I snagged it for when I eventually get one. Great game, wouldn't mind doing it again.

    Tekken Tag 2 is free on 360 for the week too. Gotta be gold for both tho.
