    Hi. I was instructed to post here by tech support. I am unable to download fallout 3. Error message likely caused by the fact that i have email created in American in 1998, linked to xbox account created when i moved to Australia.

    So it's the Fallout 3 code that gives you the error? Did Fallout 4 download correct or did that also have problems?

    Thanks for posting! This promotion to receive Fallout 3 ended on 2/8/2016. Since you purchased Fallout 4 in March, that would be the reason you didn't receive Fallout 3.
