error downloading a purchase

Hi since the change from Microsoft points to local currency the website has had some issues dealing with purchases and in particular sales and offers.

The best method of purchasing something at the moment is to use you console.

Please note you may be prompted to turn any remaining points into currency when you confirm the transaction.

If it says payment has been taken but nothing downloads you can view purchase history here:

Having the same problem on MW with the missing data packs after purchasing new X box 1 X and re-downloading all games. Getting a error message of "purchase failed error code PILUM" when trying to download packs. Also using manage game menu, and re-downloading packs, still no luck and same error code saying missing.

- The game was purchased and downloaded, but you aren't signed in and connected to Xbox Live;

- The game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, and that person is not signed in to the console;

- The game disc is not in the console.

if it is a game demo then if you are a child account

if yes then you have to wait till you are 18

if not check your privacy settings as suggested above
