error discs are dirty, even when they are brand new

Discus and support error discs are dirty, even when they are brand new in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have seen many similar messages on error message disc is dirty, even when discs are brand new.     I have seen many similar messages on error message disc is dirty, even when discs are brand new. Any experience/advice how to solve it?

    MY XBOX WONT READ GAMES

    Suddenly while playing a game that was BRAND NEW i get the error that the disc may of damaged or dirty..

    i take out the disc to see it spotless !

    i tried other discs who are in good condition and damaged and they load up to the start menu let me access things but will not let me play the game !

    any help about this please

    Sounds like it might actually be a disc read error. Used discs are not always functional, even if the the disc is not noticeably scratched or dirty. Is there anyway for you to return the disc for a replacement or refund?

    when i try and install disc it gets to 49% and says can't read disc. it may be scratched or dirty but its not as its a brand new game and i have checked it. don't what else to do. really winding me up.

    That's exactly what I'm dealing with! Does your xbox say that the disc is dirty and boots you out of the game? I checked my disc and it is practically brand new.

    I'm having this same problem! I have tried all the troubleshoot options with no success. I also tried uninstalling and now it won't reinstall keeps saying doesn't recognize the disc or disc is dirty or some sort of error code!!! Game is brand new 2 days

    Lol no surprise. My 360 gave me 3 dirty disc drive errors even on a brand new system.
