Buenas tardes chicos,

Esta tarde he tenido una desagradable sorpresa con mi Xbox One. Concretamente al iniciarla y sin haber tenido actualización alguna en los últimos días me ha salido el error que he comentado en el título del post.

He seguido los pasos de restablecimiento del sistema a través de los pasos de la web de Microsoft e incluso me he descargado los System files, OSUS y tal para ver si se solucionaba el problema pero no he podido resolverlo
de ninguna forma.

Me pongo en contacto por aquí por si algún compañero me puede echar una mano ya que el servicio de Microsoft actualmente no cuenta con servicio al cliente directo al ser sábado y no sé cómo podría solucionar este problema.

This afternoon I had an unpleasant surprise with my Xbox One. Specifically, when I started it and without having had any updates in the last days, I got the error that I mentioned in the title of the post.

I have followed the steps of system reset through the steps of the Microsoft website and I have even downloaded the System files, OSUS and such to see if the problem was solved but I could not solve it in any way.

I get in touch here in case a colleague can help me out since Microsoft service currently does not have direct customer service since it is Saturday and I don't know how I could solve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on what to do in this situation. I can totally understand how this could be pretty perplexing but if you have tried all the troubleshooting previously posted and it still looks like that, then yeah, you would
more than likely have to get your console repaired or replaced.

The error appears just I switch ON the console. The booth sequence don't start, I mean the console starts with the error message. I can show you the two errors that it has
