Error de conexión [Connection Error]

Hola, tengo un problema con mi xbox one, hace 4 dias no puedo jugar ningún juego online porque me sale un error de conexión.

Pero mi xbox one esta conectada a la red WiFi y tengo xbox gold.

Este error me sale con todos los juegos, no puedo jugar pubg, GTA V, fortnite, ningún juego.

Alguien me puede ayudar?

Por favor se los agradecería demasiado

Me apareció que probara el tipo de Nat lo probamos pero seguimos sin poder jugar en línea

Hey Juan,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been having some issues playing any of your games online. Go ahead and try running a connection test by doing the following:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
Test multiplayer connection.
