    Error Codes, etc...


    I haven't been able to access my apps on my Xbox 360, like Hulu and Netflix. It always comes up with error code. Yes I've tried deleting and downloading it again, rebooting my system. The problem is now I can't even download anything. It doesn't show
    any apps. I am connected on Live. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. Please help me! I am getting so irritated right now.

    I had/have the same problem with my Xbox 360. I get the same error message for hulu and Netflix when trying to open them from the apps menu.

    Try this, it's working for me. After signing in to xbox live stay on the home page and open the recent tab, try to launch them from there.. I hope this works for you I know how extremely aggravating it is....

    So problem with that is, is that I deleted my account so had to start fresh. I was able to download Netflix finally, but its still not showing apps I can download. So am I reading this correctly that I'm not the only one having these issues?
    No, you are not the only one. I’ve seen this has been common post in the forums for a couple of days. Make sure you are reporting this so we can make MS aware of the issue in order for them to implement a solution.

    Yes, unfortunately it's currently a wide spread known issue. If you look through the forums these past 2-3 days you'll see lots of posts / threads about it. Again, we have our engineers looking to get it resolved as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.

    Thank you for responding so quickly. Regarding issues you are experiencing on the Xbox 360 with your apps, and receiving the error code
    807B0193, we would like to let you know that our internal teams are currently working diligently to investigate and implement a resolution for this.

    To answer your question, yes, you are not the only one that is having this issue.
