I can't download games. Because the Microsoft Store have to a internet connection. I see this in "Detailed network statistics". Download speed: 37mb/s; Upload speed: 3,87mb/s; Ping: 150 (i think it's high). So, i have internet connection. But this error
code looks like I'm looking at Windows 10. Help please in this. Sorry for my bad english. I used the google translate

Not able to connect to internet

I am having the same issue trying to connect to the Xbox store. Getting error code 0x80072F30, but that code is not listed for xbox error coding.

Hi Patrik!

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. Would you be able to perform the "Multiplayer Test" to see if this gives you any other Error codes or messages? If it does give you a certain message follow the steps on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/multiplayer-connection-error-solution

Also, we have this troubleshooting article:
"Error 80072ef3 occurs when singing in to Xbox Live"

Let us know if any of this helps.

Thanks for the input on how the games do work.

Try clearing out the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) as well. To clear this cache follow these simple steps on the console:

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced Settings

Alternate MAC address

Hit Clear and Restart

power cycle the Xbox One. By disconnecting and reconnecting your console's power cable. If the problem persists, please try this: "I
am experiencing slow performance when playing Xbox One games on Xbox Live."

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings.
Select Advanced Settings.
Select Alternate Mac Address
Select Clear
Select Restart
