    Hi there James welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. A ton of users are having this exact issue! So, I think it's an issue with the game, but! Uninstalling and installing the Xbox App has helped a number of users!

    I have this same error today installing Back 4 Blood. Both game services and back 4 blood fail like in the original post. I have not had any luck fixing it with any guide posted.
