    I’m trying to chnage my gamer tag , and an error message pops up everytime , I try a different gamer tag , and it says “ Try uninstalling and reinstalling this.to uninstall,go to your games and apps,select this one,and press the menu button on your controller”

    What is going on I can't play taptiles give me a mg when I try to open the app. "Taptile is currently not available in your account. here's the error code if you need it 0x803F8001"

    Unable to purchase anything

    Maxen13, when I purchased something from the console, no error code popped up. The error code pops up when I try to change my gamer tag. Next time I go on, I will post the error code here.

    Swapping gamertags

    Gamer tags are tied to accounts and can only be changed when you go through the process to change the gamer tag. No one can give you a gamer tag to assign to another account.

    So, neither you or as you stated, "people threating to take the tag as soon as it is chnaged" can take that gamer tag.

    The gamer tag won't be made available right away if you change the gamer tag on that original account.

    Error Code PBR9002

    Same here. Was able to buy anything up until Titanfall last Monday, now when trying to get MGS it just gives the error code.

    The original error code I got was 80151103 but now when I try to download profile it downloads my new gamer tag, , that I created today using the same WLID that I originally used for my old gamer tag. I just can't figure out how to access the
    profile, liamjferg. I am 100% sure I'm entering the WLID correctly
