Error code when connecting to WiFi

Is your Xbox connected to a Laptop or Computer with a Wifi card or connected directly to the router? A error code is when you test the connection and it fails it will say an error. It pops up

Have you tried resetting your console, and when did this issue start happening? A power cycle/hard reset should work, If not try to factory reset if the worst comes to the worst. ( I know this isn’t ideal or convenient but it usually helps and fixes most
problems)

Also how long have you had your console? It may still be in warranty, so you can get it repaired if all else fails.

If you can, see if you can connect to other networks on your xbox. Try a mobile hotspot or ask if you can use neighbors network?

Another option is to try a wired connection, which is generally more stable and secure.

It may be best to Contact support.

I can BARELY get to any apps, very bad lag, if it even pulls up but most of the time the screen goes dim like its trying to pull up the app. Error code is 0x800700aa.

Also, when i turn on my xbox it takes a good minute on a black screen until it pulls up the Green Xbox screen.

Do you have the error code on hand? That would help find out your issue faster. If you dont have to error code right now that's fine. Are you able to navigate the menus on the console?

Maybe diconnect the power cable tho
