    why is it the most expensive console on the market most expenisive memberships...cant keep a steady flow? I knew I should of traded the One X vs my PS4 Pro Last Weds. A wk later I get out of work to laydown after killing my back to watch my netflix I also
    pay btw and cant...like seriously tho?? No issues with the PS at all. This is the 3rd time Ive had a similar prob on xbox since I upgraded... why exactly is it down??

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    @ darthsidious17, just transfer only your offline saves like game progress,,,forget the purchased games and contents, anyway, you can still redownload them once you login on Xbox Live :)

    BRZWarrior is right. It's 6:21 p.m. and this worked for me. Thank you, I almost forked over $130 for a new hard drive.

    It is a hard drive error with the update. turn off the console. Unplug all storage devices. Replug storage device back in and try to redownload. If it doesn't work, try another storage device or usb.

    Here's how I fixed this problem;

    Inserted a Flash USB stick. Formatted the stick "Setting/System Settings/Storage/(you will see Flash USB as a device.) Select USB and Configure.

    Turn off xbox. Removed HD. Turned on xbox(just the USB in) Say yes to system update. When done go to recover profile. It will dl for you now on usb.

    Turn off xbox. Put HD back in. Turn on with HD & USB. Go back to settings/storage/Menory Unit (USB) and select your downloaded profile and "move" it back to your HD. Viola!
