Error code trying to claim copy of Diablo iv during setup of new xbox series x bundle

3. Try redeeming the code on a different device or browser.
-You may also try redeeming the code on redeem.microsoft.com using a private browser.

I am having the same type of problem. None of your solutions are helpful because the game comes connected to the Xbox. There is no code.

I only have one live account. For me, the game downloaded to the Xbox but it says I don’t own it. If I go to the store it says I have it but the game card has the little warning triangle in the bottom corner.

The only option I have is to claim for a different account. But it also says it’s claimed. I don’t understand what’s going on and I want my free game!

My issue is slightly different.

I bought the XBox Series X console with the Forza Horizon 5 Bundle.

When I check with the “Included with this Xbox console@ it only shows Diablo IV - Standard Edition.

What the heck? Where is my Forza bundle?

The box was sealed and doesn’t appear to be open box.

I never played the first game, but after seeing the second trailer during the the Xbox Series X reveal I downloaded the first game on my Xbox. I will be preordering Senua's Sacrifice hopefully it will come with an Xbox Series X bundle.

I have the same issue. New xbox one x, when I try the initial setup I get the 0x8B error code. Talked with Xbox Support on the phone and they recommended waiting 30 minutes but it is still not working.
