    error code that i cant find anything about when trying to start any installation of minecraft


    When I try to start an installation in java it starts installing before it pauses at around 30 MB and stops, then will say either connection was reset or that there was less than 30 bytes transferred in the last minute then just stops. I don't have any issues with internet and my pc is just above the level of a potato, it used to work but has not since I reset my pc a while back.

    Hey there.

    Do you mean you cant redeem the code or install it? If it is to redeem, try to do it from the web xbox.com now. The error you receive comes up when the game is not officially out yet.

    If you redeem the code but you cant install the content: go to my game and apps, find the game, press the menu button (start button), press manage game, find your content (should be in ready to install), press menu button again on the content, press go to
    details or store, and when that send you to the store press install. That should work.
