    Hello

    I am trying to update my Xbox Live account to ultimate game pass and I receive this error message:

    PUR-ConversionBlockedCurrencyCountryMismatch

    I live in Portugal and all of my billing info and locations specify that I am in Portugal, before in Brazil, but I bought a European 12 months live gold card at ENEBA, so there shouldn't be a "country mismatch". Someone, please help!

    Make sure your xbox location is set correctly: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Settings. Select System. Select Language & location. Select your location from the list, and then select Restart now.

    You could also check to make sure your microsoft account region is set correctly, and this can only be changed once every 3 months: Please read the warnings before you move if you do move.

    Hi, maybe the code was not originated for your country... where did you bought it?

    Where did you buy the code from? I know once I would a code from online and had this issue because the code was for another region. Luckly, the site was a reputable site and they did give me another code for my region.
