    I live in Australia. My microsoft account settings say I live in Australia. My X-Box settings say I live in Australia. The microsoft store settings say I am in Australia. However, when I go to enter a Xbox Live Gold 12 month pass code, above it says *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
    (United States)'. Because of this, it is saying the country doesn't match the pass region and it won't let me redeem the code. How do I fix it to say I am in Australia?

    Make sure your xbox location is set correctly: Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select Settings. Select System. Select Language & location. Select your location from the list, and then select Restart now.

    You could also check to make sure your microsoft account region is set correctly, and this can only be changed once every 3 months: Please read the warnings before you move if you do move.

    Hi, maybe the code was not originated for your country... where did you bought it?

    Where did you buy the code from? I know once I would a code from online and had this issue because the code was for another region. Luckly, the site was a reputable site and they did give me another code for my region.
