    I keep getting this error when trying to download things from the store. It doesn't matter if it is free. I've tried it on the xbox, the website, and smartglass. Nothing works. Other accounts can download things fine on my xbox.

    Can someone help?

    System Error PUE1041

    This error keeps coming up every time I try to purchase something from the store. It doesn't matter if I'm on the xbox, the website, or the smartglass app, it keeps giving me this error. Other accounts on the system can download things fine.

    Can someone help?

    Can you double check the error code or grab a screen shot of it? When did this problem start? Have you recently changed regions on your account? Are you a child account part of a family account? In the meantime, try power cycling your console by holding
    the power button for 10 seconds or until the Xbox One console turns off, then boot it back up, and try again. If the power cycle doesn't work, let us know the additional information above. Thanks,

    Error Code when trying to log in

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
