Error code problem during setup

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. That is an error the Xbox support team is currently investigating and therefore we ask you to contact customer support for further assistance so their team can continue to gather information. The following steps
will give you the easiest option to be placed in a queue to receive a callback from Xbox customer support. Direct Callback Steps:

1. https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Select "Account & profile" in the first drop-down and then "I need a Microsoft account" in the second drop-down
4. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account at this point.
5. Once logged in, scroll down in the window to Other options and select Request a Call.
6. You can add additional information at this point if you'd like and then select Request call
7. A new window will open for you to enter your Country/region and your best contact number, then select Confirm and you'll be placed in a queue to receive a call back from Customer Support

Hi, Rylonium.

Are you getting that error code during the update part of the setup process?

He is asking for the setup code to enter into the mobile app. This is the code displayed at bottom of the Update screen during console setup. It disappears at end of upgrade. How can you recover thsi setup code if you didnt write it down?

We are having the same problem with xbox one x, wont do the initial setup update, error code keeps changing as well

no error codes are displayed.

The Xbox is set to Germany and all other possible setting in the system of Xbox.

There is no movie DVD / Bluray.

The Blu-ray app freezes / crashes, no matter on which disc, the Xbox needs to be reset each time.

All regional settings are set to Germany as it is in the setup queried during the initial setup.
