Error Code Ox80070570 when trying to install fortnite

Thanks so much for your reply. When we press the system button our only options, are turn off console, turn off controller, or close. Is there another way to reach the areas you suggest? Also I can't find internal storage, the only persistent storage I can delete is in blu ray.

I've read another post suggesting 'clear alternative mac address'. However I'm, worried about any unintended consequences I've read elsewhere, including being unable to reconnect tne xbox. Any thoughts on this? Many thanks in advance.

Are you getting any error messages when you try to reinstall the game, or what does it say? Does Fortnite show up in your Ready to Install list (in Games and Apps)? Or what happens if you do click on Install? If you own the game, you should be able to

Am getting the same error, I have already done the following:

- Restart Fortnite, with no luck

- restart XBox console multiple times, with no luck

- reinstalled Fortnite (it worked the first time, but after the first restart the problem started again).

Could you please help?
