    Error Code On An Older Gen Console.


    I'm receiving error code E102 00000C01 8007045D. I have tried restarting the console, unplugging the power cords, and the troubleshooter is unresponsive. I have tried your support page and it refuses to load for some odd reason. This is a friends console that I have taken in to get fixed and I thought to ask you guys before I had pulled the console apart. We were mid game when his console had completely froze and as he had finished a hard reset, (Holding Power Button For Five Seconds,) It came up with this error code and shut down. We spent an hour trying to turn it on before it gave in and turned on just to give us the error and flip everything upside down. It's flipping all the letters in the troubleshoot menu and in the console restart menu. If you can figure this out, it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

    It is likely one is a first gen and the other is a newer second gen. if they are practically the same except one has a hashtag, this is the situation. Most games will use the namertag with the hastag, but older games and on older consoles, the gametag without the hastag will be used.
