Error code offline update need help

That's a strange one for sure.
That error code (0x8019019x) points to needing to do the system update troubleshooter. Can you check if there is a system update?

I'd also recommend
taking your console Offline and then try to install the title from disc?

When you get this error code you need to Update the console offline with a USB flash drive. The instructions for that are here
