Error Code "OfferNotFound" when trying to redeem "Batman: Arkham Origins" DLC

I’ve bought a new and sealed (physical) copy of Batman Arkham Origins for Xbox 360. It came with many different download codes and unfortunately two of them aren’t working. When I try to redeem them I get an error that says „OfferNotFound“. They are supposed
to unlock „Online Supply Drop 1“ DLC and „Online Supply Drop 2“ DLC for the game. Anything I can do?

statuses of the codes.

Are you experiencing a specific error message or code when you try to access the Batman: Arkham Knight DLC? Can you access ANY of the DLC that came with the Premium Edition of the game or is limited to specific DLC? If it's specific DLC, can you list the
name of the DLC so we can investigate further?

seems to think that you can save in the 'I Am The Night' Mode. The 'Initiation' DLC sounds very intriguing, looking forward to this game more by the day, should be a good one...
