Error code occurring, can't be found on help (0x80830003)

For the past few weeks, my Xbox One has been saying that there is not enough space to save and giving the error code above. There is enough space, all extra junk has been cleared, hard reset has been done, but the error code keeps happening. It
is now really causing game play problems. I can't find the error code on Microsoft. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums have you tried Factory reset your console:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. select keep games and apps

...and of course, there are no support articles available for this code

I'm not sure what caused that issue. I did a quick search through the Xbox Support page for error codes, and that one says nothing was found about that error.
