    Error code not searchable


    Hi all - having a spot of bother getting onto Red Dead from my Xbox one. I downloaded the game a while back, shortly after it became backwards compatible on the one. I was playing it last night, but trying to open the game today is near enough impossible.
    I keep getting hit with "Something went wrong... blah blah... let us know with code 0x87e105dc so we can investigate..." except it doesn't come up on the error code search. What should I do? I just want some Xbox switchy brainy offy time

    I can't find a result for the code, but that just means that code hasn't been filed in the searchable database.

    I am running into the same issue. Entered my valid 25 digit code. Xbox store accepted it. Nothing downloaded... Isn't searchable. Can't access my agent origins dlc at all.

    Followed your above steps as this was only one of two options here for the 7fffffff-00000000-00000000 error code. I'd all ready deleted and downloaded my profile, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled the apps (specifically Netflix and Hulu
    Plus were at issue). Also, I've always had my Xbox 360 on a wired connection. This in no way resolved the issue. Per your post, I did try all the above steps again, including reinstalling the last update. This seems to have helped. Why is this buried
    in the forums and not a searchable error code on the support page? When I called Live Support they weren't even aware of the code. Quite ridiculous.
