Error code "IPSEC:0x00000000" on Froza Horizon 4

I fixed it finally.. windows+R ->msconfig ->services tab .. and I unchecked all NI (National Instruments - if you have Multisim, Labview etc.) services, restarted my computer and it's working now. Thanks god for steam discussions.

I have the same exact issue. After logging into the game the network diagnostics show that everything is ok except IPsec is 0x00000000 and it tells me to retry this operation, but that doesn't work.

I have this issue since I've bought the game (1 week ago) on steam. I checked teredo, services, restarted my router and network adapter and nothing worked. Last year I've played Horizon 3 and it worked fine.

Also my router doesn't offer UPNP or port forwarding and I have completed the first ingame year.

See I would do that but there is a big problem with that and it's the fact that I play games that don't save my data to the cloud. For example here are some games/apps I have that don't save to the cloud, Adobe, 3DMark, and FiveM. To Be fair most of these are mods for these games that I can no longer get because they just aren't available anymore. If there is a way to keep ALL of my data in for example Document (Where most of the mod locations are) I would like to, Also I can't forget to mention Minecraft is on my C drive so it will be erased in a reinstall, as it's in the Appdata folder. If you have any suggestions please let me know how I can save my data and keep it safe so I don't have to change any of my settings again.

Can you try creating a new Windows Profile and test if it will connect on this new user profile.
