Error code in app: drowned

Hi,

I’m getting an error code when trying to sign into mindcraft on my iPhone. I have followed all instructions:

Deleted the app

Reinstalled it

Closed down the app from the background

Went into the in app settings and signed out

And still nothing is working. Can someone please assist. Thank you

Hi Stacey, It's possible that it could be related to the Apple OS but if you're not seeing that option I'd recommend getting in touch with Minecraft Support:

Hi Anirbar,

I tried that also, connecting from mobile data, I ensured the mobile data was on in the app but it still hasnt worked.

It’s not allowing me to log into the account all together. I have tried on another phone also and it displays the same error message.
