ERROR CODE E202

I got home and turned on my xbox and started to update a game but them i hit the home button and it froze. I held the home button down on the concole its self and it shut off (as usual) but i then turned it on again a few minutes later and i was given a
black screen. I un plugged my xbox for 10 or so minutes and then plugged it back in. I took me to the regular xbox loading screen but it sat there for about 30 mins. Then i got a screen that poped and said error code e202 so on an so on. It also gave me an
option for trouble shooting, Restart, or factory reset. I hit restart and then it just did the same thing but would never take me to that screen again where i just want to hard reset my xbox again. Ive tried everything i can think of. Now i restarted it again
and it loaded the xbox loading screen then just when black but i was getting notification like it was on. I tried hitting the home button... nothing..... tried holding the home button.....nothing. I NEED HELP

Anyone know how to get me back to that screen?

E202 Stuck on green screen

Stuck on green loading screen. E202 7008000 error code. Tried offline update but keeps getting stuck at 66%.

Has anyone else run into this or know a fix?

Ive got to the point where it says i need to factory reset it and i put the files on a flash drive and fallowed the instructions. Its says im supposed to get 2 start up tones holding down the eject button and binding button but im not getting the tones
and i dont know if its because my eject button is not a click button its more of a place finger on button but thats aside the piont. I just really want to fix this and hope thats its not a hardware issue. The xbox was a refirbished would this be a reson and
if so if theres a hardware issue is there compensation?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the console error code 202. If the console is
unable to go through the offline factory reset:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

If the issue persists on the device, I would recommend to
contact Customer Supportfor
further assistance or visit the Device service and Repair
site for any warranty information on the console.

I tried wiping it earilier today and when i came back it allowed me to completely reset it. Thank you for the help
