    I was trying to download "Evolve" and kept getting 0.0% and then "installation stopped" and after following all the "help" topics according to XBox one I now am stuck with the Error code E10200000C128007045D and cannot move anywhere. Does anyone know what
    this error code means or has had the same problem and fixed it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that you're getting an error code on your console. The error code you're getting (E102) is a start up error code and we recommend that you use the Xbox
    One Startup Error Solution     to troubleshoot and resolve it using the wizard. Simply click the link in the previous sentence and select "E102" and it will provide you with the necessary steps to get you back in the game.

    Go ahead and give it a try and please let us know the results.

    So my Xbox was stuck on the green start up screen done a fully factory reset and now it’s just stop on 50% properly console how do I fix this ?

    Done that and got stuck on the 50% still but after a couple minutes it’s came up with this error code: e10200000c128007045d

    So tried to do the power cycle again (hold button to turn off) but once I turned it back on no picture was coming on the tv it was still saying no signal. I have changed power cable and hdmi cable and still nothing.

    The make on this is Xbox one series s digital edition.
