Same issue on an 8.1 PC. The money is payed but no chance to see the movie. This is a perfect weekend experience. How can I get my money back?

Error Code c00d11cd while playing a downloaded video on Windows 8 app. Video starts playing then stops.

Verify that you’re using the right computer or device. Make sure that you’re playing content from the device that has your account settings and not from a different computer.

Check your Internet connection and network connectivity. Make sure that your device is connected to the Internet and that you are signed in to the app.

Check Xbox LIVE. Check the Xbox LIVE Service status page to make sure Xbox LIVE is up and running.

Exit and then restart the app. If the error occurred while buying, downloading, or playing content, or after putting your device in a suspended or hibernation mode, try the following steps:

Make sure that you have network connectivity or an Internet connection.

Check for app updates. Check for updated versions of the app you’re using. To do this, open the app from the Start screen, and then look for an update notice in the upper-right corner of the screen.

I have the same issue and nothings working

Ive tried 3 different videos one plays the other 2 wont start

Same issue: can't play or download anything using the Music app (error code: 0xc101008e (0x800c0008)).

Tried using Zune. At first, Zune reported it "can't play" with error code C00D11CD (80072746), at a second try it worked (?). Streaming is successful on my Xbox Console.
