Error code and controller connection

When i turn on my xbox one, i see an error code 0x800704cf. It says i am not connected to the internet. But when i checked the connection it said i was connected and then my controller disconnected. I attempted to reconnect and I can hold the sync button
down on the controller and the light flashes, but when i hold the sync button down on my console, i just hear a small thud sound and the light will not flash. I attempted to connect the controller with a usb cord to link them up and my controller will still
not sync to the console.

Which headset are you using with the controller? Is the headset connected to the controller and the controller connected directly to the Windows 10 PC? Are you seeing any error messages or error codes?

And i don't get any error code.. in accessory, in the controller section, it's written headphone connected... it's very annoying

Try going to Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>IP settings>automatic and then do the same for the DNS settings then see if that lets you connect.

Hey Giuseppe,

I believe that code is the manufacturer number for that specific controller model. It does not seem like an error code.

Was there an issue trying to connect the controller via Bluetooth using the guide the Ambassador provided?

Follow the steps listed in Error code 80151901 lookup It may resolve your issue.

I tried everything. Went to the xfinity website, changed channel, mode. Nothing worked. My Router sees all the devices and the 360, but does not connect with it even trying by the website, controlling the connection by the router.
