    sup Epic,

    it seems you have a issue with the payment options on your account. What you can try is going to xbox.com under my account and Manage Payment options to see if that helps. Or you may need to call in to Xbox Customer Support to see if there is an issue to
    where the Card isnt being accepted.

    sometimes it may be the card certain prepaid credit card (if it is) arent accepted. or their may be a block on the card in which u may need to call your bank to release those blocks but if it still fails you will need to call 18004MYXBOX so they can analyze
