    So i was trying to get a game on xbox one, more specifically battleblock theater, twice i have tried to do it in the last three days, when i press play on xbox one, from the my games list it says error code 8b010010, i am on 360 trying to get it on xbox

    Hey mate, does the issue persist if you clear your cache? If not, how about when you remove your HDD?

    Stuck on status code 8b010010.

    Try restarting your console. That should do the trick, since turning off the console will override any notifications that pop up. Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any.

    Hey, the problem has disappeared about a week ago. Marketplace would still give me Error 8b010010 from time to time but very rarely and seems to work when I restart the console. Thank you for your time.

    PS I have an external 60gb HDD and an Arcade edition Xbox. I haven't tried your suggestion with removing the HDD, since the problem has been liquidated.

    @shadowsniper743 As I mentioned above, I've talked to Comcast and they claimed they were not restricting the connection in any way. Maybe if I had more specific technical questions to ask that would be more fruitful.

    Update#3: Yesterday I stayed online for an extended time while playing a game (for about 2 hours), Marketplace returned and functioned when I came back to the Dashboard. After Xbox was restarted Error 8b010010 was there again with Marketplace not available.
