ERROR CODE: 87E00005, HELP

Hey, i just bought 2k20, installed the game, and it needed an update so i go to update the game and it is terribly slow, the slowest i’ve ever dealt with. When i went to bed it was at 0.3% so i wake up this morning and it is only at 0.6% then it says “Installation
Stopped” and in the File Info it says: ERROR CODE 87E00005. Also keep in mind i am using my cellphone hotspot for my network, but it is the only source of network i have ever used and it has never ever been this slow, as a matter of fact it has been very fast
at times. The code says it has something to do with the game installing from the microsoft store at the same time as the update but i bought a physical copy of it, i bought nothing from the store.

It definitely sounds like a corrupted download. You may want to cancel it and delete local save games before installing again.

To resolve this problem, try deleting and then installing the game from the disc in offline mode. Once the game is downloaded, switch your Xbox One back online. Here's how:

Step 1: Uninstall the game:

On Home, move right and open My games & apps.
Highlight the game, and then press the Menu button
on your controller.
Select Manage game.
Select Uninstall all from the menu.

Step 2: Set console to offline mode:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings, and then select Go offline.

Step 3. Install the game from disc:

When you insert a game disc, the console checks to see whether the game is already installed. If it isn’t, you’re prompted to install the game.

Note You may also be prompted to download an update to the game before you can play it.

Step 4: Set the console to online mode:

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select Network.
Select Network settings, and then select Go online.

Hi I think that the error code is 87E00005 and fortnite is the only game that does it
