i have already tried these steps with no luck.but thank you for your advice

I have reset both X-Box Live and Microsoft Solitaire Collection and neither worked. I then uninstalled and reinstalled both apps and that did not work either. To try to clarify, the problem all began whenever I changed my email address. Actually, I am able to log on to Microsoft Solitaire Collection and it recognizes my user name, however; I lost all of my game history and every game started over at level 1. A red X shows up in the upper right hand portion of the page and whenever I click on it, I get the following message: "There is a problem communicating with the Xbox Live service. If the problem persists, please visit https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=808235" I am not able to participate in the "EVENT" game because it displays "Internet Connection Required".

I even tried changing my primary alias back to the original email address and that did not work either.

Nothing I have done has allowed me to get Xbox Live to recognize my internet connection.

Yes, I have tried to uninstall-reinstall the solitaire collection app. I pay for the premium edition. I have downloaded two other games a spider solitaire and solitaire pro but both of them do not work either.

Nothing?

I suppose you can refund my money that I paid for premium edition since it doesn't work.
