Error code 807b01f6

For some reason I get this error when trying to "Browse Games" on my Xbox 360. But that is not the right error code for the issue at hand. I am already signed in with no issue, but that code means it is a sign in issue. What the heck? I am not having any
account or sign in problems but it throws the error for those issues when doing something completely unrelated. Please get your stuff together Microsoft.

Okay great! So here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do on the console, please do take note of them:

Delete the system cache 3 times, deleting/clearing the system cache 3 times

1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

2.Select Storage.

3.Highlight storage device (Hard Drive),and then press "Y" on your controller.

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5.When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select

4.Now, enter your Microsoft account password.

5.Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

6.Then, your profile will begin downloading.

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/settings-and-initial-setup/profile-move-delete

3. Turn the console off.

4. Turn the console on.

5. Clear the console cache one more time

6. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 1.)
