Error code 807b01f4, "can't find content" stops movie

Hello!

I can't watch my movie that I rented yesterday. Everytime I start watching movie it will stop and show message to me. I have tried to open my ports and my connection works fine but still I can't watch it. What should I do now? Maybe I could get my money
back or get another rent?

I have already stated that i have tried all the options on the support page and explained that the free games appeared with prices on the website.

Unable to watch rented movie

Update: Getting a new error now when i try to play it: "Can`t find the content. Status code: 807b01f4"

Hi

This may mean one of the following:

There’s a problem with your network setup, and therefore you can’t connect to Xbox Live.

or Your account may be blocked.

then try this: clear system cache (settings system, storage, hover over HDD( harddrive), hit Y, clear system cache, hit yes

then turn off system and unplug your router for 5min. then plug it back in. then test your connection and then try to play the movie.

(note: clear system cache does not delete any of your saves)

A little bit of some additional info when trying to play a movie while stuck in the bugged out Video Collection.

I'm getting this error when I attempt to play a movie from my movies.

" Playback Error

Can't find the content.

Status code: 8007139f "
