Hello.Can't download apps and updates on Nokia Lumia 630.Gives error code 805a8011 on smartphone. Can't go to the Xbox store. What could be the reason?

If you time and date is incorrect it can mess up the store so try this.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select date+time

3. Turn off the automatic time setting

4. Set your time to the correct setting

5. Now try the store again
