Error Code 80190193 - Losing money Microsoft!!

Has anyone found a solution to error code 80190193, it has been more than 24 hrs that this code shows up.

But those codes have to come from Microsoft, don't they? So how can Microsoft lose money on them, they sell £50 worth of goods for less than £50.

paypal don't refund your money if microsoft try to counter it, both parties lose their money.

Because it would then promote buying the game, redeeming the code, and then selling the game. It wouldn't help at all and would lose developers even more money than they are already losing.

This is a cool idea as it would make Microsoft and the game publishers lose money. If everyone would do this with one other person, it would cut their sales in half and would, in turn, make them lose money.
