ERROR CODE 80167680

Could someone help me deal with this problem.

I'm trying to add the 3 months free to my Xbox live account and every time I do it comes back with this error code and I don't know how to fix it. I got it for free when I bought the 3 months membership card and it got me a 3 months for free. I was able
to redeem the card code but the code printed on the receipt comes back with this error code.

The expiration on the receipt says is good until Feb/2019

Please help me

Have you tried redeeming the code on the computer instead of on the console? Sign into your Microsoft/Xbox account at redeem.microsoft.com and try the code there. Let us know if this doesn't work for you.
