    Error code 8015D003 on my account (xbox 360)


    Hi it has been some time now since i signed into my account on xbox 360 and i keep having trouble while sighing in. it asks me for my password and no mater what i enter into it it tells me error code 8015D003. I am guessing its because i have tried to rest
    the password years ago and have already resolved this issue on xbox1. I know my current password and would happily sign into it but i get an error code so i decided to post about it as i didn't get a phone call from the number registered to my account unfortunately

    If you could reset the details for my xbox 360 account so that i can input the correct password that would be fantastic

    Hi Marlee!

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue! Since your receiving that error code (8015D003), that means that there may be something wrong with the account and you would need to verify your Microsoft account security information by logging in at
    account.microsoft.com and then sign out, then sign in again, then try to sign into Xbox Live.

    Should this not work, I would recommend checking out our
