    Error Code 8015D003 and Old Phone Number


    I recently tried to log into my Xbox 360 account for the first time in a long time but it's tied to an email that i no longer use i still know the password but whenever i try to log i get Error code 8015D003 when i go to outlook and log in its asking me
    to verify the account using a phone number i no longer have access to what should i do?

    Morning buddy,

    there is some help on the xbox support page that might be some use to you.

    finding out the email any other way could be tricky as customer support cant supply you the email addresss used even if you know the gamertag for security reasons.

    I know the email and i know the password the problem is that when i try to log in its asking me to verify by wanting to call or send a text to a number i no longer have and when i try to verify on line using all the information i can all i get is

    We have taken the additional step of blocking your account[Mod removed- personal information]. until we can verify you as the account owner. This will prevent any further use of the account, and protect you from any possible
    malicious activity.

    With the security proofs did you add both an alternate email and phone number as my details weren't accepted after the recent dashboard update and I had to add another proof before it all worked.
