Error Code 8015D003 and Old Phone Number Plus inability to verify online

There should be ways to recover your account.

Double check these steps:

1. Go to the Recover your account page.
2. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype ID you used when you made your Microsoft account. This could be any email address, or an email ending in a Microsoft domain like hotmail.com or outlook.com.
3. If you have security info on your account, Microsoft will send send a one-time code to the alternate phone number or email address you gave us. After you enter that code on the next screen, you'll be able to make a new password
4. Enter your new password, then select Next

If you still can't log into the account due to not having access to any alternate methods, click the button underneath one time password when you get to step number 3. It should say "I don't have any of these".

Fill out the form and wait for Microsoft to contact you about recovering access.

I'm in the same boat with this person. I know my password and number but they keep saying my password is wrong and the number they want me to use have been long lost. There has to be another way to recover your account.

finding out the email any other way could be tricky as customer support cant supply you the email addresss used even if you know the gamertag for security reasons.

I know the email and i know the password the problem is that when i try to log in its asking me to verify by wanting to call or send a text to a number i no longer have and when i try to verify on line using all the information i can all i get is
