your Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Have you tried other methods of redeeming the code?

If it doesn't work when you try it on the console, then try on online within payment and billing in your account.

There should be a button called payment options that you should be able to redeem the code through as well.

If it doesn't work either online or on the console, then yeah, your best bet for resolution of this issue would be to contact support as previously mentioned.
