Discus and support Error code 80154058 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; im trying to redeem my xbox live online code but when i sign in a get the error code 80154058.     im trying to redeem my xbox live online code but when i sign in a get the error code 80154058. I have spent quite a bit of time googling this problem but no one has a solution to the problem. Please help.

    That code appears when trying to buy, since the issue is with a redeem code, better to contact official xbox support, use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support because could have some issue with the code, and they can find that

    Have you tried other methods of redeeming the code?

    If it doesn't work when you try it on the console, then try on online within payment and billing in your account.

    There should be a button called payment options that you should be able to redeem the code through as well.

    If it doesn't work either online or on the console, then yeah, your best bet for resolution of this issue would be to contact support as previously mentioned.
