Error code 8015402B keeps appearing when we try to log in a new microsoft account.

The email address HAS been verified and these pages allow us to log in to thisaccount with no problem using the same details.

We need to add 3 months gold membership and simply can not even log in to her account on the 360, The consul is connected via a wired connection direct to the bt modem and the xbox live connection shows as fully connected.

Need help

Cant log in to Xbox live, when I try it keeps on saying, "Sorry this action cannot be performed at this time. Try again later then a link for Xbox support. Then a weird code 8015402B

parental consent

hi

my son had previously been playing xbox live with wired connection to xbox live. we now have wireless adaptor so he can play in his own room. unfortunately, after plugging in adaptor he is unable to connect and play his friends. it is stating he needs
to log in to his Microsoft account. we have tried this and parental consent is required. when we try and give consent an error code keeps appearing. please help
