    error code 80153021? why after 4yrs of having the same profile on xbox it tells me my account is locked from using an xbox live 3 month card.....tells me i have to delete my profile??????????any suggestions.dont wanna lose 4 yrs of gaming

    error code 80153021

    1. delete your gamertag from your console (only Profile, not Content), this does not mean you lose everything related but simply means you have to redownload it by entering email and Password you are using and can possibly the solution

    2. check your billing Information to be correct and complete

    3. even though you are trying to redeem a code, an outstanding Balance could be what prevents you on activating this code, if neither step 1 or 2 help and you end up here, you should contact Support on phone or Chat to get this solved
