    Error Code 80153021 - Money gone, but no game


    Hello

    So, today I tried to buy 'Life is strange' on the Xbox 360 Arcade market.

    When I went to the page where I accept the payment and accepted it, I got error code 80153021. It threw me out of the menu and I attempted to buy the game again, but I noticed that 4.99€ (the price of the game) were missing from my xbox live account.

    I paid for the game but didn't recieve it, is there a way to prove that I didn't recieve the game and get a refund?

    Did you get any error code? I have this problem right now with another game. I get error code 80153021 when I go to the game I purchased a few hours ago. Money gone but no game.

    i got the same problem i bought jeopardy on 2/6/2015 xbox took the money but no game download an i clicked on the contact us part an nothing there
