Error code 80153003 when Downloading Halo 4 Map Packs from Map Pass.

i have had the same problem. im also on 3rd xbox 360 E 250g within 3 months because of over heating and freezing plus an really load fan noise.

i am frustrated that i have to send the 3rd xbox of for repairs when its brand spanking new.

I went down every path I could think of to get this resolved. I am glad that we were able to get your escalation because this is what our team is best at. It looks like the issue you are encountering requires further escalation to one of our development
teams for further investigation.

At this time, I am still waiting to hear back on an estimated timeframe as to when a resolution will be deployed. Please be assured that your issue is important and I will make every attempt to provide you with an update and/or resolution as quickly as
I am able.

I will follow up with you in a few days to let you know if I have heard anything. If you have any questions in the meantime regarding this issue, please feel free to let me know and I will be happy to help.

Once again I apologize if this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for. I just want to make it clear that this is a known issue we are in the process of fixing at this very moment.

That was 3 days ago and this problem is already like 2.5 weeks old this doesn't seem like the high priority they are making it out to be

 

Hey everyone! I'm hearing on this side that the issue has been found and fixed. Can you please try downloading the content again from in-game and let us know the result?

 

Thank you to Misses Joust and the folks at Microsoft for fixing this issue. I am now able to download all the map packs after redownloading my War Games Map Pass.

Woah there people don't report all good just yet. I'm still having the error it will let me download all of them yes but they're corrupted also i'm still getting the error code when i go to download it.

 

Sorry to hear you're still running into that error code, B904. Let's try the following steps, in order:

1. Navigate to Settings > System > Storage and find the incomplete/corrupt files. Delete them.
   
2. Clear the cache 3 times, and then restart the console.
   
3. Sign in and start the game, and then try downloading the content from the in-game menu again.

Got it! Only problem I had was it didn't start downloading while i was in game it was pending and even though i went to it and pressed download now it still didn't start so i went to my dashboard and it started. That was my only issue everything else went
swimmingly. Thanks Misses Joust!

 

Having the same problem with DiRT3 and tried everything, including deleting the marketplace data. I also commented the lack of consideration with the xbox users and my comment was deleted. Well, folks, by a PS if you can. 'Cause if you, like me, have no
choice but to stuck with XBOX, you may have noticed that the xbox lack of support is stimulating piracy.
