Error code 80153003 when Downloading Halo 4 Map Packs from Map Pass.

I've had the same problem, purchased the pass on 3/7/2014.

I tried all suggestions listed from the support forums, deleted my profile and recovered, deleted the marketplace data on hard drive, removed my hard drive(thought to be defective) and recovered my profile to a thumb drive. Nothing worked.

Called Xbox Support and had my issue escalated to a tier 3 support, magic should happen with these guys. So I'm told. Received an email message yesterday to try the suggested solutions that didn't work in the first place and that the season pass is considered
a limited time purchase. Why would the pass be for sale in the marketplace as a DLC if it's a limited time sale?

This appears to be an ongoing issue, thought it was just me. I want a refund.

 

I'm also having this problem. I actually purchased the season pass shortly after launch, some friends and I decided to play Halo 4 again and when I went to get the maps I got this error.

 

Same problem here. decided to play halo 4 again, and this time with more maps, but no such luck. waste of money.

 

still getting the msg I don't know whts wrong just glad that im not the only one that's getting the error msg hopefully it gets sorted out soon

Any update Misses Joust? People have been hanging tight for awhile now. We would very much like to get what we paid for.

 

Also have this same issue. Adding my voice to the chorus of people that want this issue fixed or a refund issued if the thing is just broke. Holding our money and not delivering what we paid for just isn't right.

If there's this many people with the issue, why is it still being offered for sale?

 

I purchased the champions bundle today which downloaded perfectly! I then went on to download the map pass which again was satisfactory. When downloading the three map packs that come with it however, they will get to 99% and then glitch back and forth to
0% and then a message will pop up saying ''can't download blah blah blah map pack''. I have tried numerous times to do what all the support says and it still does the same thing.

This is extremely frustrating as I have payed for them! There seems to be a lot of people getting this problem too. This seriously needs to be addressed.

Same here, I got it the 19th and still have not gotten it to work at all.... are they doing anything to fix this problem? seems like a waste of $25... you would think that they would have this problem fixed by now, this is very upsetting

 

Having the same issue as everyone else. Trying following their instructions to no avail. This is crap. 25.00 wasted and don't get to play the maps. Smh

 

Well this blows. I purchased the halo 4 war map pack today. Got the same initial message of error 80153003. Also tried the recommended solutions. Still the maps downloads to 99% then jumps back to 0 then jumps to 97% just to fail in the end.

Money down the toilet.

Please fix this.

 

Well it looks like I'm not the only one with this issue then. Looks like I'll be switching to PS3 as Halo 4 is really the only reason I stuck with the 360 in the first place. Getting tired of waiting for MS to fix their crap and sitting there blaming everyone
else in the mean time. Two weeks to get and issue resolved? REALLY? Come on guys!!

 

Btw, anyone know if they'll refund the rest of my Gold subscription as I won't be using that anymore either?
