Select Security > Advanced Security Options > Scroll down to Application Passwords and click on Create a New Application Password

Take note of this password and use it to log in to your account when using retro-compatible games.

Then, on your console, let's clear the Xbox 360 cache data.

Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > System > Storage Devices > Clear local Xbox 360 storage > Yes.

Restart your console.

Afterward, launch a retro-compatible game and attempt to log in to your profile again.

What error message are you receiving with the Live portion of the test?

No sorry you cant play your Games for Windows live games on your xbox 360 console, it only uses the same gamertag and login system. They are not cross platform games, as the console and pc use different systems to actually play the games.
